To ensure your equipment maintains top performance and running costs are kept to a minimum, we recommend an annual maintenance service which entails the following scope of work:
The service offered is a Maintenance Service and our workmanship is GUARANTEED; naturally we cannot guarantee any component failure.
If a major problem with the system is found at the time of service or should there be a need for extensive further work, we will notify you before proceeding with any work.

Please allow for possible delays as Breakdown Calls are given priority.
Below is our pricing schedule to suit your type of system.
PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of service consultation and can be made by cash, cheque or credit card (all credit cards incur a surcharge which is a minimum of 1%).
Any extra labour is charged out at $77.00 per half hour or part thereof. Any parts / filters required will be charged additionally to the above pricing.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled work will still be invoiced at rates above.
No charges will apply for any cancellations made outside of the 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
We reserve the right to charge a travel allowance for any travel we deem excessive (that is, any travel outside of our new geographical area). Any travel time would be charged on an individual case by case basis. When scheduling your service please ask our team whether or not travel time is applicable to your situation and our management would provide you with the associated cost involved.
