Dear Sir,

Please excuse my delay in expressing appreciation of the fantastic job your staff did when installing the ducted air conditioning system to my home at Seven Hills on December 8th.

Although yours was not the cheapest quotation I obtained, I felt at the time, and especially now that your quotation offered the best value for dollars spent.  I am aware that the cheapest price is not necessarily the best value.

Your excellent service commenced when Rick came to our home on time for the set appointment. Rick sat down and took the time to listen to what I believed I wanted from a ducted system then fully explained what was achievable and what was unrealistic.  He took particular note that I am a twelve hour shift worker and that comfortable day sleep on those forty degree days was important to me, he made recommendations as the placement of the ceiling vents and explained why.  I also noted that unlike the other companies Rick went up into the roof space and checked access to the side of the house.

Your installation crew were a pleasure to have about our home, again they arrived punctually, and each went about his own assigned task in an efficient manner as directed by Rick on what was an unpleasant thirty degree plus day to be working in a roof space.  At a little after midday the guys had the system up and running with the house left spotless due to the extensive use of drop sheets and liberal use of dust pans and brooms.

The system has certainly had a full work out with the exceptionally hot and humid weather of late and has met every expectation.

I have no hesitation in recommending Custom Air Conditioning to any one who may have a requirement for your services.

My wife Margaret and I cannot let the event of the installation of the air conditioning in our home go without extending our warmest appreciation to all of your team.

From the time of initiation of our enquiry to the completion of the installation has been an outstanding demonstration of complete interest in the customer and our needs.

We were most impressed with Rick and his boys as they went about their work, during the installation, and the after clean-up which went well beyond our expectations.

A short note to let you know we were extremely happy with the whole process of having air conditioning installed in our house.

From the start you were the only person who made the effort to enter the roof space to ascertain if what we proposed was feasible.

You didn't "sell" us the system or your service. You allowed us to "buy" the system from you.  Selling and buying are two very different approaches.

Your men who installed the system were pleasant, professional and cleaned up after themselves.

All in all we have no hesitation in recommending your services.

We know from our own business people don't take the time to say "thank you for a job well done" so we do this where deserved.

I have purchased three units from Custom and I just wanted to write how happy I have been with the after sales service.

The annual reminder notes for a service are welcome and the services well organised, prompt and reasonably priced.  Even when changing my appointment time the lady on the phone was great and nothing was a problem.  The person that answered the call dealt with it, and seemed to have all the information needed at hand.

A special mention to Colin who came out to my place last week.  He was thorough, friendly and didn't mind taking the time to answer my silly questions.  He seemed genuinely interested in helping and talking about my air con., and in doing a quality job.  It was appreciated and he deserves recognition for what I would class as exceptional customer service.
