Conventional air conditioners operate at a fixed speed, delivering a fixed amount of cooling and heating. While trying to maintain a set temperature they 'stop and start'.
An inverter is a much more advanced technology that means uninterrupted comfort and significant energy savings for you. It gently increases or decreases the power needed to achieve the desired temperature without wild fluctuations or 'blasts' of hot or cold.

Ducted air conditioning can be installed in existing homes or in homes under construction. Our systems come with a range of versatile yet simple to use controls (like the controller on the left) which offer full control over the system for your personal comfort.

Ducted air conditioning is best suited to the requirements of multiple room heating and cooling. These systems can incorporate such features as zone control to allow the selection of certain rooms, such as bedrooms, to be isolated when not in use.
Custom Air provides a range of quality fully ducted air conditioning systems and just like split systems, ducted air systems are available in two types - conventional or 'inverter'.
